7月7日（日）、第24回多文化子育てひろば「いちご一会」が行われました。

7月7日(日)、第24回多文化子育てひろば「いちご一会」が行われました。当日は44人（大人30人、子ども14人）の方が参加してくれました。参加者の出身は中国、台湾、アメリカ、イギリス、日本でした。今回はちょうど七夕の日ということもあり浴衣がテーマでした。


 ＜浴衣のお話＞ 

まず始めに、福島淳子さんが浴衣の歴史や着物との違いを教えてくれました。本来、浴衣は夏のくつろぎ着で、素肌に着て、木綿や麻の感触を楽しむものだそうです。

秀吉の時代には、湯上りに汗を吸わせるために着ていたそうです。なるほど浴衣の着心地の良さの秘密がわかりました。
また洗えない着物とはちがって、洗える素材（綿、麻）というのが浴衣の特徴なんですね。

続けて浴衣についてのクイズを出題してくれました。浴衣は左を前にして着るのですが、右を前にしないのは死に装束と区別するためらしいです。死に装束が右を前にするということは初めて知って驚きました。もともと浴衣はカジュアルウェアということもあって、アクセサリーを組み合わせたり、裾をあげてくるぶしを見せるのもおしゃれなんだそうです。
また浴衣の価格帯は3000円から10万円まであって、高価なものが中心の着物とは違っています。浴衣を普段着として着てみたくなりました。


 ＜浴衣を着てみよう＞

お話の後は、福島さん、浦井さんの指導のもと実際に浴衣を着てみました。まずはモデルの新田さんに福島さんが浴衣の着付けをします。浴衣の帯の結び方にはいくつもバリエーションがあるそうですが、福島さんは帯を美しく結んで見せてくれました。

続けて用意された浴衣をみんなで着ました。福島さんが見本を見せてくれた時には簡単に着れそうに感じましたが、実際に着てみると帯の結び方に苦労し手伝ってもらいました。女性は首の後ろをたるませ、首のラインをきれいに見せるのが美しく着るコツだそうです。

浴衣を着てみると、着物や袴とは違ってゆったりしていることを感じることが出来ました。カジュアルウェアであるということがよくわかり、浴衣を着て町を歩いてみたくなりました。いままでは何となく来ていた浴衣でしたが、着丈の調節の方法や前がはだけにくい着方など、浴衣についての知識も深まりました。色とりどりの浴衣を着ると、会場は華やかな雰囲気になりました。


 ＜七夕飾りづくり＞

  

 着付けをしている間、子どもたちは七夕かざりを作りました。折り紙を切って提灯を作ったり、短冊に願い事を書いたり、みんな集中して工作をして、笹を飾り付けます。短冊には、「電車の運転手になりたい」や「思ったことが、すぐおこりますように」などかわいい願い事が書かれていました。


 ＜盆踊り＞

 着付けの後、光台六丁目踊ろう会の方々を中心に、みんなで盆踊りを踊りました。リズムにのって子どもも大人も楽しく踊り、夏祭り気分を味わいました。


 ＜今日の歌：たなばたさま＞

みんなでたなばたさまを歌いました。五郎丸さんが伴奏を始めると、子どもたちが一斉に周りに集まり元気よく声を合わせていました。

 最後に、子どもたちが作った笹飾りと一緒にみんなで写真を撮りました。いつもと違う雰囲気に笑顔がいっぱい溢れました。

 次回のいちご一会は9月1日（日)むくのきセンター3F調理自習室で行います。
テーマは「お弁当ワークショップ：ハロウィンのキャラ弁を作ろう！」です。皆さんのご参加をお待ちしています。

第24回せいかグローバルネット多文化子育てひろば「いちご一会」2019年7月7日（日）に行います。

「いちご一会」は、子育て中の外国人・日本人パパママ同士の交流・情報交換を目的としています。

今回のテーマは「ゆかたの着付け」
もうすぐ夏祭りの季節です。

あなたは夏祭りでゆかたを着たことがありますか？自分で着付けができますか？

着物にくわしい淳子さんが、ゆかたの特徴やルール、大人や子どものゆかたなど、いろいろと紹介してくださいます。

みんなでいっしょに着付けも練習してみましょう！

また、当日は七夕！子どもたちは短冊に願い事を書いて、笹飾りも作りましょう。

たくさんのご参加をお待ちしています。

★場所はいつもとは違い、精華町図書館集会室（精華町役場内）です。

★自分のゆかたがある方は、ゆかた、帯、腰ひも、フェイスタオル2枚を持ってきてください。 ゆかたのない人は、こちらでお貸しします。

★えりの開いたTシャツやタンクトップ、ぴったりしたレギンスなどを着てきてください。髪が長い人はアップにしてください。

集会室へは、役場正面玄関を入り、1階におりて、一度外に出てください。

集会所の入り口は、本館を出て、斜め右側にあります。

駐車場は精華町役場西側駐車場（無料）をご利用ください。

The 24th Seika Global Network Multicultural Playgroup “ Ichigo Ichie “ will be held on Sunday, July 7th, 2019.

“Ichigo Ichie” is for foreign and Japanese parents to make new friends and exchange information. 

The theme of the upcoming playgroup is “Let's wear a Yukata; Japanese　clothes　for summer
 .” The summer festival season is coming soon.
Have you ever worn Yukata (summer cotton kimono)  at the summer festival? Can you wear it by yourself? Ms. Junko introduces you how to wear it. Let's practice dressing together! In addition, the day is Tanabata (Star Festival)! Let's write a wish on a strip and make a decoration for tanabata bamboo! We hope for many participants to join in.
★The place is different from usual, it is Seika Town Library Gathering Room (within Seika Town Hall  premises) .
★If you have your own yukata please bring the yukata, obi, waist straps and 2 face towels. If you do not have yukata, we will lend you one.
★Please wear an open collar T-shirt, tank top, tight leggings, and more. People with long hair should be up.

Located on the premises of Seika Town Hall which it 5minutes' walk from Hosono/Shin-Hosono Sｔ in Seika-cho,Kyoto.

The Library and the Town Hall are in the same building, which main entrance is on the 2nd floor. But the entrance of the gatering room itself is located outside of the building and is on the 1st floor. You can find the room on the right side from the 1st floor entrance of the main building.
We recommend the use of the Seika Town Hall west parking lot.

6月2日（日）、第23回多文化子育てひろば「いちご一会」が行われました

19家族、45人（大人29人、子ども16人）の方が参加してくれました。参加者の出身は中国、台湾、デンマーク、ヨルダン、日本でした。

＜今日の歌：幸せならてをたたこう＞

まず始めは、「幸せなら手をたたこう」を４か国語（日本語・中国語・韓国語・英語）で歌いました。


＜地震と防災のお話＞

今回は川崎あきさんが防災をテーマにお話ししてくれました。始めに地震○×クイズをしました。
クイズでは地球で起きる地震の5回に1回が日本で起きることや南海トラフ地震が30年以内に起きる確率が80%以上もあることがわかりました。日本は地震が多いことは知っていましたが、想像以上でした。会場からも「えぇ～」と驚きの声があがっていました。

過去の災害で実際に役立ったのが、ポンチョタイプのレインコートだと説明がありました。言われなければ、防災グッズとして準備しないものでなるほどなと感じました。
また、実際に災害を体験したり、被災状況を見たりできる施設の紹介もありました。子どもたちも興味を持つような体験や学習ができるということで、ぜひ行ってみたいと思いました。


＜非常用おむつ・三角巾作り＞

お話の後は、非常用おむつや三角巾を作る方法を試してみました。非常用おむつは、スーパーの袋とタオルで簡単に作れました。災害時は女性や子どものものが不足するようです。赤ちゃんのオムツはたくさん必要なので、手に入るもので簡単に作れるのはありがたいです。

＜防災グループディスカッション＞

さらにグループに分かれて、それぞれの家庭でどんな準備をしているかや自分達が住む各自治体のハザードマップを見ながら話し合いました。自治体のハザードマップは、日本語以外のいくつかの言語で記載されていて、海外出身者の方からはありがたいという感想がありました。

＜絵本の時間＞

最初に川崎さんが、災害について子どもでもわかるような漫画や絵本を紹介してくれました。その中から、『ちきゅうくんのくしゃみ』という絵本を、川崎さんが日本語で、山下さんが英語で読んでくれました。

＜プログラム終了後＞

終了後、精華町で備蓄されている非常食を試食しました。川崎さんから子どもたちはおいしくないと非常食を食べてくれないと説明がありました。子どもが美味しく食べられるかの視点は、すっかり抜けていていました！味も大切なんですね。子どもたちはアルファ米や缶のパンを美味しいと言って食べていました。またアレルギーに対応したクッキーの紹介などもありました。

食事の後は、精華町のバスで防災ツアーにでかけました。備蓄倉庫や防災要請無線、水害予想水位などを見て回りました。普段何気なく暮らしている中にも、災害のための備えがあることがわかりました。同時に自分たちでも備えておくことの大切さも強く感じました。

2019年6月2日（日）に行います。

「いちご一会」は、子育て中の外国人・日本人パパママ同士の交流・情報交換を目的としています。

今回のテーマは「パパママ子ども みんなの防災」
去年の6月、大阪府北部地震があり、関西でいろいろな被害がありました。
早く地震にそなえないと！と思ったパパママも多いのでは？
外国では地震が少ない国も多く、地震に慣れていない人も多いです。
防災について、いろんな情報をシェアしながら、みんなで考えませんか？
「子育てBOSAIステーション」代表の川崎あきさんが、どうやって地震にそなえたらいいのか、教えてくださいます。
緊急の時に役立つ簡単オムツなどもいっしょに作ってみましょう！
非常食の試食や精華町防災バスツアー（備蓄倉庫の見学あり）も行います。たくさんのご参加をお待ちしています。

The theme of the upcoming playgroup is “disaster prevention for family”
We had much damage in last June; 2018 due to Osaka earthquake.
Did you feel that you must prepare for the earthquake as soon as possible?
Many foreign countries have few earthquakes, and many people are not used to them.
Why doesn’t everyone think about disaster prevention and share the information?
Ms. Aki Kawasaki, a representative of Kosodate BOSAI Station, will tell you how to prepare for the earthquake.
Let’s make portable diapers that will be useful in an emergency.
We also do emergency food tasting and Seika Town disaster prevention bus tour.
We hope for many participants to join in.

The 22nd Ichigo Ichie took place on Saturday, April 7th.

53 participants including 26 adults and 27 kids, from America, the U.K., China, Taiwan and Japan. They enjoyed a lively afternoon together. 

<Easter Egg Hunt>

The theme of the playgroup was “Elementary School in Japan.” In Japan, April is the time where school begins. It is also the time to celebrate Easter for many people around the world. For many, Easter is often celebrated by hiding plastic eggs with treats inside for children to discover. At the beginning of the playgroup the children set out on an Easter egg hunt around the cafe. There was a lot of laughter and squeals of joy as the children discover eggs and enjoyed the treats inside. 


<Elementary School Life> 

After the hunt, everyone settled down to enjoy a Power Point quiz/presentation about Elementary School in Japan by Ms. Kazue Sudo. Everyone was able to learn interesting facts about school not only in Japan but other countries; such as the UK and America. Everyone was able to participate in a fun true or false quiz about school life. Many elementary students were also surprised by some of the answers. For example, in Japan school is only compulsory until the end of Junior High School.   

Following Ms. Sudo’s presentation, Ms. Naoko Yamashita presented about he own son’s experience at a local elementary school. She brought many props to demonstrate items used at school in Japan, such as a randoseru (Japanese leather backpack). Her son also modeled what children typically wear on their way to school. Both of the presentations were extremely helpful for families entering elementary school. 


<Discussion>

After the presentations, everyone broke up into groups and had time to discuss elementary school life together. Some groups spoke about the differences between elementary school in Japan and in other countries, while others had the opportunity to ask questions to experienced parents with children currently in elementary school. It was a great opportunity to ask for advice as well. 


<Spanish Greetings and Story Time>

Next, we were fortunate to practice our Spanish with Nick Dover from the UK. In Japan, it is rare to have the chance to speak Spanish. It was fun to learn new phrases and
practice with friends. After, Nick read “Where`s Spot?” to the children in both English and Japanese. The children all eagerly gathered to listen as Nick read. 

<Cherry Blossom Viewing>

Finally, after the playgroup ended everyone was invited to go view the local cherry blossoms at a park near the cafe. Many families enjoyed their lunch under the trees and fun in the park together.


<Upcoming Meeting> 

The next Ichigo Ichie will be held on Sunday, June 2nd at Cafe Kokoraku. The theme of the upcoming playgroup will be disaster prevention for family. We’re looking forward to seeing you at the next Ichigo ichie!
