子どもと一緒に遊ぼう！2018年7月1日（日）、第18回多文化子育てひろば「いちご一会」のテーマは「日本の伝統的な遊び－折り紙で遊ぼう！」

第18回せいかグローバルネット多文化子育てひろば「いちご一会」   

2018年７月１日（日）に行います。

「いちご一会」は、子育て中の外国人・日本人パパママ同士の交流・情報交換を目的としています。

今回のテーマは「日本の伝統的な遊び－折り紙で遊ぼう！」

あなたはお子さんと一緒に、どんな遊びをしていますか？

ゲストスピーカーの直美さんが日本の伝統的な遊びや、折り紙を使ったゲームをいろいろ紹介してくれます。

みんなで子どもの時の遊びをシェアしたり、折り紙で遊んだりして楽しみましょう！

また、7月7日の七夕にむけて、短冊に願い事を書いて、笹飾りも作りましょう！
たくさんのご参加をお待ちしています。

精華町役場の正面玄関があるフロアは本館の2階部分です。
集会室へは、役場正面玄関を入り、1階におりて、一度外に出てください。
集会所の入り口は、本館を出て、斜め右側にあります。
駐車場は精華町役場西側駐車場（無料）をご利用ください。

The 18th Seika Global Network Multicultural Playgroup "Ichigo Ichie" will be held on Sunday, July 1st, 2018.

Ichigo Ichie" is for foreign and Japanese parents to make new friends and exchange information."

The theme of upcoming playgroup is "Traditional Japanese Fun - Let's play with Origami! "

What do you usually do in your fun time with your child? Guest speaker Naomi-san will introduce us Japanese traditional fun plays for children, and games using origami.

Let's share and talk about your own childhood plays, and play with origami!

Also, for upcoming tanabata on July 7th, let's write your wishes on  tanabata paperstrips and make paper craft decorations for tanabata bamboo!

We are waiting for a lot of participation!

Located on the premises of Seika Town Hall and 5-minute walk from Hosono/Shin-Hosono Station in Seika-cho, Kyoto. 

The Library and the Town Hall are in the same building, which main entrance is on the 2nd floor. But the entrance of the gathering room itself is located outside of the building and is on the 1st floor.  You can find the room on the right side from the 1st floor entrance of the main building. Please use West Parking lot of Seika Town Hall.

2018/6/3 Multicultural Playgroup Ichigo-Ichie Report

The 17th Ichigo Ichie took place on Sunday, June 3rd. 56 participants (30 adults and 26 children) from Australia, the Philippines, China, India, the U.K, the USA and Japan had a great time together.  We began by singing, "If you’re happy and you know it clap your hands" in four different languages. 

Bow-wow Mew Game

Kazue led us in a fun icebreaker game with animal sounds from different countries. We learned some animal sounds in Japanese, Chinese, the Filipino language, English, Korean and Hindi.

Children’s Sickness and Health

The theme of the day’s playgroup was "Children's Sickness and Health." The speakers, Kazue, Naoko and Kazuko, explained what to do when your child is suddenly sick at night when the hospital is closed. We leaned some practical things we can do to help when our children are suffering from heatstroke, vomiting or diarrhea as well as some first aid tips. They also taught us some useful words to describe common symptoms.

 

We also learned about when to call 119 and how to get appropriate medical treatment. First we practiced how to call an ambulance and learnt what questions they would ask. Participants practiced the conversation in pairs in Japanese and English.

 

Next we learned how to fill out a multilingual medical questionnaire. This is a really great resource that helps us to get the right medical treatment for our kids. You can also find useful medical terms to describe different illnesses and symptoms.

Some other great resources we learned about included the Pediatric Emergency Telephone Advice line (#8000), a taxi service for women in labor and the Medical Interpreter Dispatching Service in Kyoto.

In groups we shared information and tips on things we do for our children's health. We could learn a lot of useful information and get some good advice from each other. 

After today’s presentation and activities, we could feel a lot more confident and better prepared for when our children get sick. 

Filipino Greetings

Pamela from The Philippines, taught us some useful greetings. “Kumusta”(=Hello), “Magandang umaga”(=Good morning), “Magandang tanghali” (=Good afternoon) and “Magandang gabi” (Good evening). We also learned “Salamat” (=Thank you), “Paumanhin” (=Sorry) and “Paalam” (=Good bye).

Story Time

Lastly, we had story time. Jin Lan from China who is Korean Chinese, read the kids a Korean picture book called, “Gwaenchana“ in Korean which translates to “I'm OK“ in English. The story was about a little girl who meets some different animals. The kids enjoyed listening to the story in two languages. 

Upcoming Meeting 

The next Ichigo Ichie is to be held at the Seika Town Library gathering room on Sunday July 1st. The theme will be “Traditional Japanese fun - Let’s play with origami.” We will learn some traditional Japanese games and how to make origami together. We’re looking forward to seeing you at the next Ichigo ichie!

6月3日第17回多文化子育てひろば「いちご一会」開催されました。

6月3日（日）、Ｃａｆｅここらくにて。第17回多文化子育てひろば「いちご一会」が開催されました。 

当日は、スタッフを含め56人（うち子どもは26人）が参加してくれました。

参加者の出身国はオーストラリア、フィリピン、中国、インド、イギリス、アメリカ、日本でした。

＜今日の歌：幸せなら手をたたこう＞

まず始めは、「幸せなら手をたたこう」を4か国語（日本語・中国語・韓国語・英語）で歌いました。

＜ワン・ニャンゲーム＞

次に「ワン・ニャンゲーム」というゲームをしました。 

動物の名まえを言うと、その動物の鳴き声で呼応するというゲームで、その逆もあり！頭の体操になるゲームでした。

ちなみに犬の鳴き声「ワンワン」ですが、英語では「バウワウ」中国語では「ウォンウォン」、」猫の鳴き声「ニャーニャー」は、英語では「ミャオミャオ」中国語では「ミャーオミャーオ」、にわとりの鳴き声「コケコッコー」は、英語では「クッカドゥードゥルドゥー」中国語では「コーコーケー」、あと羊の鳴き声「メーメー」は英語ではなんと「バーバー」というそうです。同じ動物なのに国によって鳴き声が違うって面白いですね。

＜子どもの病気と健康＞

今回は、予定しておられた講師の方が急遽お休みになり、スタッフの皆さんで有益な情報を集めていただき、みんなでシェアをしました。

　

まず、子どもの病気でよくある症状の「嘔吐・下痢」や「熱中症」の対応について教えていただきました。

嘔吐では、嘔吐をすると子どもが水分を欲しがるので、すぐに水分をあげてしまいがちになりますが、欲しがるままにごくごく飲ませてしまうと、逆効果でまたすぐ吐いてしまうとのこと。よって少しずつ（ティースプーン１杯ぐらいから）からあげて、時間を空けて吐かないことを確認してから、また少しずつあげていって・・と繰り返して段々増やしてあげることが重要とのことでした。

またその際に水ではなく、脱水症状を防ぐ成分が含まれている経口補水液（市販で売っているＯＳ１、アクアライト）を飲ませるのがベターとのことでした。

 また「熱中症」ですが、熱中症は、暑さのせいで体の体温の調節機能が働かなくなる病気であり、その症状、応急処置などを細かく教えていただきました。汗をかかなくなったり、皮膚が赤くなったり、呼びかけても反応がない場合は命に関わるので、すぐに救急車を呼ぶ必要があるとのこと。

これからの季節、熱中症は特に注意しないといけないですね。皆さん、真剣に聞いておられました。

次に、二人ペアになって救急車を呼ぶ練習をしました。練習でも住所がスラスラ出てこなかったりする人もいて、実際ほんとに救急車を呼ぶ状況になったときは、もっとパニックになって大変なんだろうなぁと感じました。救急隊員に電話で何を聞かれるかの事前にわかっているだけでも落ち着いて対応できると思います。有意義な練習でした。

 次に多言語医療問診票のサイトについての紹介がありました。

18か国の外国語と日本語のバイリンガルで書かれている問診票で、症状にチェックを入れたり、質問にイエス・ノーで答えていく形になっています。病院に行くときに症状を日本語で伝えるのはなかなか難しいと思います。この問診票をダウンロードして持っていけば、外国人の方は安心ですね。

身近な医療機関にもぜひ置いていただきたいなと思いました。

また、夜や休日など病院の閉まっているときに、子どもの怪我や病気を電話で相談できる「子ども医療電話相談#8000」の紹介や、「陣痛タクシー（ヤサカタクシー）」の利用方法も教えていただきました。陣痛タクシーはきちんと助産師さんより講習を受けた運転手さんが、防水シーツを引いた万全の車で迎えにきてくれるそうです。いつ起こるかわからない陣痛（破水）なので、登録しておくと安心ですね。

最後にグループで、子どもの健康づくりのために何をしているか、子どもの病院はどこがいいか、を話し合い、シェアしました。

＜フィリピン語のあいさつ＞

今回はフィリピン出身のパムさんがフィリピンのあいさつを教えてくれました。

パムさんは今回なんと伊賀から参加してくださったそうです。

おはよう　　→Magandang umaga（マガンダン　ウマダ）

こんにちは　→Magandanng tanghali（マガンダン　タンハーリ）

こんばんは　→Magandanng gabi（マガンダン　ガビ）

ありがとう　→Salamat （サラマッ）

ごめんなさい→Pasensya ka na（パセンシャ　カナ）

さようなら　→Paalam （パアラム）

普段なかなか聞くことのないフィリピン語だったので、初めて聞く人も多かったのではと思います。新鮮でした。

＜絵本の読み聞かせ＞

今回は中国出身で、朝鮮族でもある金蘭さんが「괜찮아（ゴウェンチャンナ）」（日本語でいいじゃん）という絵本を韓国語と日本語で読んでくれました。韓国でベストセラーになった絵本とのことです。

とても可愛い女の子が表紙に書かれてあって、目を引きます。

できないことがあっても、上手にできるものもある！みんなちがってみんないい！というようなことを、可愛い動物の絵とともに伝えてくれる本でした。金蘭さん曰く、「子どもの自信につながる本」とのこと。納得です。

 プログラム終了後は、お弁当を食べながらのおしゃべりのひとときを楽しみました。
